Question 1

How fast can you come out?

Accepted Answer

Same-day and next-day appointments are available most weeks across Halifax metro. Emergency water damage calls are triaged first.

Question 2

How does the photo quote work?

Accepted Answer

Text or upload a picture of the damage with a rough idea of the size. A real estimator reviews it and replies with a price, usually in about 10 minutes during business hours.

Question 3

Do I need to be home during the repair?

Accepted Answer

Not always. Many customers arrange access and we send photos when the work is finished. We'll confirm what works best when we book.

Question 4

Do you paint after patching?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can leave the surface primed and paint-ready, or paint to match your existing colour. Just tell us which you want when you get your quote.

Question 5

Can you match textures like knockdown, orange peel or stipple?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Texture matching is one of our core services, including older stipple and swirl ceilings. Photos help us dial in the match before we arrive.

Question 6

How messy is drywall repair?

Accepted Answer

Less than you expect. Floors and furniture are covered, we use dust control while sanding, and we vacuum and wipe down before we leave.

Question 7

Do you work with landlords, property managers and builders?

Accepted Answer

Constantly. We handle turnovers, punch lists and contractor overflow with documented before-and-after photos for your records.

Question 8

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We're headquartered in Halifax, Nova Scotia and serve the full metro area, plus regions across Canada. Check the Locations pages for your area.

Question 9

What does a repair cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the size of the damage, the finish level and the texture. A photo is usually enough for a firm number, and the price is agreed before we start.

Question 10

When can I reach you?

Accepted Answer

Open 24/7/365. Call or text 902-801-4293 any time and a real person will respond.
