Information we collect
When you submit a quote request we collect your name, phone number, email address, city and province, a description of the damage, and any photos you choose to upload. We also record the page you submitted from and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags) so we know which marketing brought you to us.
How we use it
We use your information solely to prepare your quote, schedule and complete your repair, communicate with you about the work, and keep records for warranty and accounting purposes. We may contact you by phone, SMS or email about your request.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as our customer relationship platform, secure file storage and scheduling tools — and only to the extent needed to serve you, or where required by law.
Photos you upload
Photos are stored in secure cloud storage and accessed by our estimating team through a private link. We may use anonymised images of completed work in our portfolio only where no personal or identifying information is visible.
SMS consent
By submitting a form or texting us you consent to receive SMS messages about your quote and appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Retention and your rights
We keep records only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
