Quotes
Photo-based quotes are estimates prepared from the information and images you supply. If conditions on site differ materially — hidden water damage, structural issues, asbestos-era materials or additional area — we will advise you and confirm any revised price before continuing.
Scheduling and access
You agree to provide safe access to the work area at the agreed time and to remove or identify fragile and valuable items. We protect floors and furniture, but we cannot accept responsibility for items not disclosed or not able to be moved.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing. Larger projects may require a deposit or progress payments.
Workmanship
We stand behind our finishing. If a repair we performed fails due to our workmanship, contact us and we will return to correct it. This does not cover new damage, ongoing leaks or moisture that has not been repaired at the source, or normal building movement in unrelated areas.
Paint and colour matching
Where painting is included, we match as closely as available paint and existing fading allow. Perfect colour matching on aged paint cannot always be guaranteed without repainting the full wall or ceiling.
Cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule. Cancellations made after a crew has been dispatched may incur a call-out fee.
